We also have another satisfied customer, Lizzy, a 31-year-old single mother with an 8-year-old-child. She has been working as a cashier in a beauty store and she also had a part-time job. As a beauty store cashier, some customers come to ask her for suggestions about certain hair products. After a lot of thinking, she decided to start up her own business in January 2017. She obviously had to invest more time for her new business, so she had to resign from being a cashier and also from her other part-time job.

For starters, she bought the super grade hair for sampling to wear and test the hair by herself for about a month. She took a wise step by making more inquiries about hair and maintenance. She focused on selling Brazilian hair, Peruvian hair, fro, body wave and straight textures with 12-30 inch. She took this decision because after much research we advised her that these hair types sold more in the market.

Lizzy constantly learned more about hair maintenance and more professional knowledge about hair to make her stand out in the business. She didn’t want to just sell hair products; she wanted to have enough knowledge about it to convince and benefit her customers, by analyzing and preparing for the corresponding salons and beauty stores.

With hard work, she was able to make enough money from the wig business. From 2017, her first order was $532.64, her second order was $1237.2, and her third order was $3985.48. She has made an average of 15,000-30,000 US dollars per month. Now, her main customer base is still from local hair salons and beauty stores. Being a single mother has never been easy and with the improvements from her business, she can have more time for her child and doesn’t have to be so tired of part-time jobs.

In February 2018, her child went to school and she also had more time to grow her business. We advised her to open her own online shop to make it easier for customers to place orders. We also provided her with professional pictures and more information on how to build the website. Now Conti's online store keeps improving.
